Terms and conditions
By proceeding with the reservation, you accept and agree with Dar Zina that the latter, if accepted, will be subject to the following terms and conditions :
PRICES AND DEPOSIT
• Rates shown are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change due to changes in your arrival and/or departure dates and depending on seasonality.
• The prices indicated are in euros.
• The price is for 1 person only.
• Rates include all government taxes in effect at the time of occupancy.
• The maximum number of people per room is 2 people for private rooms and 6 people for collective rooms, unless an additional single bed is added on request at a supplement. A fee of €100 will be charged for each additional adult secretly staying in the rooms.
• In the event that you make a reservation based on an incorrectly displayed rate, Dar Zina reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion and will contact you directly to do so.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
• Arrival time is from 4:00 p.m. and departure time is before 11:00 a.m.
• Valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
• Minimum 18 years old for people traveling alone.
• Children over 12 years old are admitted if accompanied by an adult.
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
• If you arrive before normal check-in time, staff will try to accommodate you based on availability. If you arrive before 11 a.m. and wish to have a room upon arrival, it is advisable to make a reservation one night before your arrival.
• Late check-outs are available upon request and are subject to room availability and occupancy level.
Please check with reception 24 hours before your departure regarding the possibility of a late check-out.
• Half-day room charges may be charged for late check-out between 12:00 pm and 6:00 pm and full-day room charges may be charged for late check-outs after 6:00 pm
NON-SOMKING POLICY
• Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Guests are only allowed to smoke on balconies or on the rooftop, additional fees will be charged if the rule is not respected.
ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION
• Dar Zina is not authorized to sell alcohol.
• Any disruptive behavior related to alcohol will not be tolerated and will be subject to immediate expulsion.
CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
• A valid credit card is required for all reservations to guarantee your stay.
• When booking, the credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and in the email.
• Exchange rates are applicable at the time of booking, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the exchange rate in effect at the end of your booking.
FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED ON WEBSITE
• We do not accept credit cards.
• We accept cash : Moroccan Dirhams, Euros.
• We do not accept: Any type of checks (including traveler's checks) and any other form of payment not mentioned above.
• We can exchange money on site if necessary.
ANNULLATION
• If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days before your stay, only 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If the reservation is canceled less than 15 days before your stay, no refund will be made.
GROUP RESERVATIONS AND PRIVATIZATION

GUEST POLICY

• The hotel reserves the right to expel any unauthorized occupant or any occupant exhibiting non-regulatory behavior.
• No gatherings or parties of any kind are permitted without the consent and planning of the hotel management.
• Reservations are not transferable. No name changes are accepted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY
• By making the reservation, you accept and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by DAR ZINA, your stay will subsequently be subject to the general conditions of stay and the internal regulations.
• DAR ZINA may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if it believes that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
• DAR ZINA shall have the right to modify, amend and/or change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. • DAR ZINA disclaims all liability in the event of loss, theft, physical injury, property damage, costs and expenses of any kind arising during your stay. A waiver will be required to sign upon your arrival.
• The reservation and the terms and conditions set forth herein shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
• When booking at DAR ZINA, you agree to respect all the rules and conditions inherent to your stay.
