Do I need a passport or visa to travel to Morocco?
To travel to Morocco you must present a valid passport.
If you hold an EU, US, UK, Australia/New Zealand or Canadian passport, you do not need a visa.
For more information, contact the Moroccan embassy in your country.
What is the local currency?
In Morocco you can only pay in Moroccan Dirham.
You can change from your country at a currency exchange office, at Agadir airport, or at exchange offices in Aourir or Tamghart. There is no exchange office in Taghazout.
We advise you to check exchange rates before making any transaction.
Where is the closest airport?
Agadir Airport is the closest airport to Taghazout, approximately 50 minutes by car from Dar Zina.
What are the essentials to put in your suitcase?
Dar Zina provides sheets and towels, soap, shower gel, as well as a hairdryer on request.
A basket and a towel for the beach are also available in the rooms.

How to book on your website?
​To book on our website, go to the Our Rooms page

Step 1: Indicate your dates of stay, the number of people, then click on “Search”. Then choose your room by clicking on “Book now”.

Step 2: Select the options (shuttle transfer, full-board) in the next step and click “Continue”.

Step 3: Enter your personal information (required fields: last name, first name, email, telephone number with the telephone code for your country, country).
Vegetarian or gluten-free diets, allergies or intolerances, or any other requests, should be indicated in the “Special requests” field.
Then, click on “Continue to check out”.
Your reservation request will be sent to us by email and you will receive a confirmation email. To finalize your reservation, we will contact you to organize payment for your stay together.
You do not receive this email? Remember to look in the spam folder of your mailbox, it is possible that the email has slipped there.
What payment methods are accepted?
For now it is not possible to pay on our website.
Upon receipt of the confirmation email, we will contact you to finalize your reservation and organize payment for your stay together.
Payments: 50% of the amount upon booking, 50% of the amount upon check-in.
You can pay in euros or in Moroccan Dhirams.

What are the cancellation conditions?
If you cancel more than 15 days before your stay, we will refund the entire amount paid at the time of booking (i.e. 50% of the amount of your stay).
If you cancel your reservation less than 15 days before your stay, we will refund 50% of the amount paid when booking.
No refund will be made if you cancel less than 24 hours before.

Is the house suitable for families?
Yes, our house is suitable for families with children aged 12 and over.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals but the house is not suitable for welcoming animals.
Are there smoking areas in the house?
Smoking is prohibited in rooms, kitchen and common areas.
Smoking areas are available on the rooftop.
What is the guest policy?
Guests are not allowed in Dar Zina.
Is it possible to organize events?
To organize your events (wedding, birthday, bachelorette party, family reunion, etc.) please contact us.We will be happy to offer you a formula adapted to your desires.
Can we use the common areas of the house?
You can use the common areas all day long and enjoy the rooftop, its hammock, its sun loungers and its veranda.

THE ROOMS
Is it possible to change room?
​It is possible to change room on request if there is still availability.
If the room price is lower than that chosen when booking, we will not refund the difference.If the price of the room is higher than that chosen when you made your reservation, you will be charged the difference.
Is it possible to separate the beds in the double rooms?
If you require separate beds in double rooms please contact us in advance.
You will be charged a supplement of 10€/day.
Are there bathrooms in the rooms?
The rooms do not have a private bathroom.
However, shared bathrooms are available on each floor.
The common area also has 3 additional showers.
What equipments are provided?
Dar Zina provides sheets and towels, hand soap, shower gel and a hairdryer on request.
A basket and a towel for the beach are also available in the rooms.
Washing machine and ironing machine on request as an extra.
RESTAURATION
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included in the room price.
Is it possible to have lunch or dinner on site?
We prepare delicious lunches and/or dinners upon request.
Please notify us no later than 11a.m. for lunch and no later than 4p.m. for dinner.
For prices, please contact us.
Do you prepare vegetarian/vegan meals?
Yes, but only on request when booking.
Please let us know by telephone, email or in the “Special requests” field.
Is it possible to buy drinks?
Yes we sell all kinds of drinks : water, juice, soda, coffee, tea, cocktails.
Do you sell alcohol?
We do not sell alcohol.
You will find alcohol in the drink stores of Agadir or in the bars/restaurants of Taghazout.
However, any disruptive behavior related to alcohol will not be tolerated within Dar Zina.

What activities do you offer?
We offer activities and excursihons for all desires and all levels.

Are the excursions accessible to everyone?
All our activities/excursions are accessible to able-bodied people over 12 years old.
However, some excursions are more physical than others, do not hesitate to contact us by telephone so that we can guide you on activities suited to your physical condition.

I am a beginner in surfing, can I take a lesson?
Yes, surf lessons are suitable for all levels.
Please tell us your level when booking so that we can adapt the course accordingly.
Are surf lessons suitable for children?
Yes, surf lessons are suitable for children aged 12 and over.
Do you rent surfboards?
We do not have boards for rental within Dar Zina, however we can reserve a board for you if you request one in advance.
If you book a surf lesson or take the Surf & Stay package, board rental is included in the price.
What are the best surf spots?
Taghazout and its surrounding areas are home to a variety of iconic surf spots, each offering a unique experience.
We will be happy to advise you every day on the best spots to visit according to your level.
What is the best season for surfing?
The ideal season for surfing in Taghazout is from September to April, offering consistent waves and water temperatures varying between 18 and 22°C.
